Okay, let’s talk legal issues for a moment.

Defamation of Character / Slander:

As stated on Wikipedia.com, “In law, defamation—also called calumny, vilification, slander (for spoken words), and libel (for written or otherwise published words)—is the communication of a statement that makes a claim, expressly stated or implied to be factual, that may give an individual, business, product, group, governmentnation a negative image. It is usually, but not always,^[1] a requirement that this claim be false and that the publication is communicated to someone other than the person defamed (the claimant). or

In common law jurisdictions, slander refers to a malicious, false and defamatory spoken statement or report, while libel refers to any other form of communication such as written words or images. Most jurisdictions allow legal actions, civil and/or criminal, to deter various kinds of defamation and retaliate against groundless criticism. Related to defamation is public disclosure of private facts, which arises where one person reveals information that is not of public concern, and the release of which would offend a reasonable person. “Unlike [with] libel, truth is not a defense for invasion of privacy.^“

A picture speaks a thousand words, but no picture on this website will be associated to any person, therefore, Slander or Defamation cannot be a claim against us.  A true sign of these allegations can be located on http://www.perezhilton.com/.  However, if you associate yourself with anything on this website, you are personally held responsible for any further moral and personal effects caused.  Afterall, YOU have associated yourself with something that has offended you.

NO FALSE CLAIMS HAVE BEEN MADE ABOUT ANY ONE PERSON ON THIS WEBSITE!  A DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER OR SLANDER IS FALSELY ACCUSING SOMEONE OF ADULTERY, ROBBING A BANK OR INFORMING THEIR WORK THEY HAVE AIDS (WHEN THEY DON’T).

All photos on this website have been obtained from public domains.  We do not exercise the right ro advertise or make profit with these images, we are simply using the art for editorial purposes.  If you believe that their is misuse of an image, and it is copyrighted, please provide the copyright paperwork, and it will be removed from the site.  However, if it was obtained from a public domain whose servers reside in the United States, then all images and content on that website are not copyright eligible.
